The NKBA Bath Project was done in collaboration with our Universal Design class where we designed an over-55 condominium complex for aging adults. This bathroom was held to all NKBA standards and was design to be ADA compliant to work the aging clients. This particular design was designed for Pat and Fran, both in their early 60’s, who were given to us as clients. Both clients have an eye for design from their architectural and design related backgrounds, and wanted a design that not only met their physical needs but also was held up to their design tastes.
