City Warehouse Apartment

 

This was a personal project I worked on in my spare time to show some of my residential design styles. I created a space plan after researching typical repurposed residential buildings, and then created a space with great natural light, lots of contrast and a neutral color scheme. This 3D model was done in SketchUp and then rendered with Podium software. Rendered scenes were featured on my Instagram account and reposted by SketchUp official account.
